Chocolate Protein Balls

When my daughter was just about to turn 2, she was skinny and a slow eater. I knew other kids struggling with constipation and others who were very picky eaters. As parents we were worried that our kids weren't getting the nutrients they needed.  I wanted to create something my daughter and other kids would eat quickly that would give them a lot of the nutrients they needed in one small, tasty, easy to eat product but without processed ingredients. I started making protein balls and modified them until all the kids had at least one type of ball they liked. Not only did they like them, but my neighbors liked them, my husband and I liked them, and I realized that busy adults and kids needed a delicious and snack without all the processed sugars and other bad ingredients.
